St. Mary Catholic Church
The parish of St. Mary Catholic Church desired a new sanctuary located adjacent to the outgrown existing structure. The overall design harkens back to the Gothic Cathedral incorporating a cruciform plan while the details draw from a Classical Roman identity that includes arched colonnades & windows. The church includes ample nave & transept seating, along with a small chapel that shares the altar and tabernacle with the larger sanctuary. Situated atop a hill above all of its surroundings, the intent was to offer the congregation a truly divine atmosphere within a tranquil setting for praise and worship.
