Opened in the Summer of 2015, local investors chose the former Hudson’s Department Store in Historic Uptown Shelby as the site of the areas first brewery. The retrofit encompassed a total of 9,300 square feet of renovated space; featuring a stage area to provide a venue for local musicians and paying homage to the county’s rich musical heritage. The ground floor comprises of the brewing area, emphasized behind glass walls, as well as the serving area and ample seating. The mezzanine level has additional seating overlooking the stage.
